Gangsters and Loan Sharks Rule the Royal Malaysian Police (Polis Diraja Malaysia) ?
This is Malaysia. Polis is the Malay word for Police. Welcome to Malaysia my friends. Malaysia is a bodohland (stupid land in Malay). Why? Well, because it looks as if Thugs and Loan Sharks rule over the Royal Malaysian Police. The first photo depicts loan sharks pasting their posters on a Police Hut. Pinjaman Bulanan means Monthly Loan.
Happy Chinese New Year.

Michael Chong the Loan Shark Leader or Not ?
It really baffles me how Michael Chong can deal with the loan sharks and know of their operations. If Michael Chong is a nobody and knows so much, why aren’t the police doing anything? I remember posting a video on how posters of loan shark advert were hung in front of a police station. Well, Michael Chong, I am sure you have brains to come up with strategies to terminate the loan sharks indefinitely.
Why can’t the police arrest the contractors and find out who the loan sharks are?
Therer is something fishy about you Michael Chong and also the police in Malaysia. All because This is UMNO. This is Barisan Nasional.
Loan sharks restrategise
PETALING JAYA (Jan 13, 2009) : When the going gets tough, loan sharks get going. With the frequent clampdowns on illegal money lending activities, loan sharks in the Klang Valley are restrategising their business models.
theSun learnt that several loan sharks have “amalgamated” their “financing” business with housing renovation contractors to come up with a new business concept – renovate first, pay later.
These loan sharks and contractors are fast making in-roads with their new concept, and how they go about making money is simple.
Loan shark runners are positioned in newly completed projects, especially apartments and shop offices, to wait for unit owners to arrive to check on their properties.
Peak time for business is normally after keys to the properties are handed to the owners once a certificate of fitness is issued by local authorities.
Property owners who don’t have sufficient funds are approached by sweet-talking runners who offer them renovation services.
Lack of funds is no reason to worry, they are told. Contractors can go ahead and start work first.
Owners can ask to have their units painted and installed with grilles, build kitchen cabinets and tile – all without paying a single sen upfront.
The loan sharks will “make payment” to the contractors and the property owners have to make monthly or weekly instalment payments to the “illegal moneylenders”.
Those who wish to get their units renovated have to submit their credit cards, bank books and ATM cards to the loan sharks.
In the event an outside contractors come into project sites where the loan shark runners are stationed, then there is confrontation.
Often, outsiders will not come in to do business on turf grounds “conquered” by the runners due to fear.
And most property owners refuse to complain such activities to the authorities, fearing their properties might be damaged, vandalised or other forms of reprisals.
theSun learnt that the menace is widespread in southern parts of the city, such as Bandar Sri Petaling, Desa Petaling, Salak Selatan and other areas where there is a mushrooming number of new projects.
The MCA Public Services and Complaints Department, which received more than 600 loan shark cases involving more than RM54 million last year, is equally aware and concern with this growing menace.
Its head Datuk Michael Choong said property owners harrassed by loan sharks offering eash payment schemes for renovation works must report their activities.
“These unscrupulous contractors behave like gangsters, preventing others from taking up jobs in their ‘area of control’. Some even had the audacity to put up tables in newly completed project site in a bid to ‘force’ owners and tenants to take up their renovation services.
“I urge those who face such problems to lodge police reports. We are also willing to help anyone facing such problems by raising it with the relevant authorities, including the developers.
“While the problem of loan sharks teaming up with renovation contractors is something new, efforts must be taken by all parties to ensure it doesn’t become a menace to society,” said Chong.
Police Letting Killers Run Free in Malaysia
In Malaysia, the police are probably too lazy to even investigate a suspected killing. Hey, it’s already been proven! You can see the videos of drivers breaking the law in front of the police station —- ALL HERE AT www.bodohland.com – courtesy of Datuk Goh.

Dad of ‘death fall’ man thinks it’s murder
Sim Kwee Seong, 52, said there were marks on Kwee Giap’s neck that raised suspicions that he was strangled.
He said a doctor (at the mortuary where he claimed the body) told him that the marks looked like fingernail marks, which suggested strangulation.
“But I was told that the death was due to the fall and injuries sustained and not by strangulation. My son had no reason to commit suicide because he was doing well in his business. His personal life was good,” he said when met at the funeral parlour yesterday.
Selayang OCPD ACP Abdul Rahim Abdullah said the postmortem report showed no evidence of strangulation.

Girl not held against will
BY ANDREW SAGAYAM
Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid said police could not begin investigations, let alone make arrests, without first obtaining the order to investigate (OTI) from the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP).
“We did not make such comments as reported yesterday. How can we arrest anyone or record statements from them if we don’t have the OTI?” he said. He added that the case was classified under Section 323 of the Penal Code for causing hurt and not abduction as reported by the local media.
ACP Wan Abdul Bari also denied that the victim, a 24-year-old university student from Ipoh, suffered multiple injuries on the head, face and hands when she was allegedly confined.
“After meeting up for dinner in Bangsar on Saturday, she willingly went with her 25-year-old ex-boyfriend from the same university to his apartment at 9pm.
“The ex-boyfriend was said to have slapped her when she told him that she was seeing another man.
“She then sent an SMS to her current boyfriend claiming that she was assaulted by her ex and was being confined,” said ACP Wan Abdul Bari.
A police team went to the apartment following a report lodged by the woman’s current boyfriend at 10am on Sunday.
However, he denied that police spent about two hours persuading the woman’s ex-boyfriend to release her.
“The police took her away without any hassle. Checks revealed that she had access to the apartment as she had lived there previously for four years,” he said, adding the victim lodged a report at 1pm.
Malaysia is Filled with DATUK VIP Gangsters
This Is Umno’s Message to Kuala Terengganu Chinese Folks….
My Point of View of Lim Soon Peng and Khir Toyo
Let’s talk about the recent fiasco over the shifting of the bus terminal from the old Great Wall, Jalan Batu Tiga, Klang to the new location in Sentral, Klang. These are my point of views
The Burned Down Great Wall
There must had been pressure for the occupants in the Great Wall to move out. The rental in the Great Wall supermarket must be chicken feed and many occupants were reluctant to move out.
A Developer in Need of Attraction
In order for any project to be successful, the developer must attract crowd to his development.
The Arson
Considering that not many occupants in the Great Wall Shopping Centre were eager to leave their rented shops since they were paying dirt cheap rental fees, the only way to move them out is by force. Obviously if you hire thugs, it would look very obvious. The only way to chase away the occupants would be to burn the Great Wall Shopping Centre.
Rigid Structure but Declared Unsafe
Please bear in mind that the Great Wall Shopping Centre is made from Reinforced Concrete Structure. These sort of structure is known to withstand heat and fire for prolonged periods of time. Unlike the World Trade Centre, consisting of steel, it melted in no time. Great Wall Shopping Centre’s damage wasn’t that severe since the Fire Department is merely less than 1 km away and the fire was easily controlled.
Even during demolition, heavey machineries were seen on top of the first floor. However, MPK certified that the building was unsafe.
Safe Foundation
Even if the structure is not safe, the foundation is definitely useable and definitely safe. The fire do not go into the ground and burn the wet ground. Furhermore the ground is protected with a concrete floor. The foundation is definitely safe. If the foundation is safe, one can easily build another buildingusing the old foundations.
But somehow, MPK who is supposed to be well versed with engineering decided to turn a place with lots of foundation into a park. They have some sort of hidden agenda of not making use of the foundation to rebuild the shopping mall. The hidden agenda which I think is to give way to the developer Lim Soon Peng of TitiJaya.
Titijaya’s Development
Some of the ongoing projects by Lim Soon Peng which are very near the Sentral Bus station are as follows: –
Klang Sentral Commercial Centre, Klang – Phase 1 Shop/Offices – 3 Storey Shop / Office
Sentral Walk – 22′ X 70′ First and Only 3&4 Storey
Mutiara Point Business Park – Jalan Meru, Klang – Shopping Centre
Proposed Investigations
Obviously the ACA must be sleeping for not investigating this incident. The ACA must also be sleeping because they are not investigating the Income Tax department and Lim Soon Peng. Can you imagine, the Income Tax department in Klang shifted just accross one street to an area which has inadequate car parking facilities. I really wonder why.
Why Build Another Bus Station When The Old One Can Be Used ?
I mentioned earlier that the foundation of Great Wall can be re-used. Why is it that MPK decide to build another bus station? If they build the Sentral Bus Station, they have to pay the cost of piling plus structure. If they rebuild Great Wall, they only pay for demolition works and structure which is much cheaper. You may argue saying demolition is expensite (believe me it’s dirt cheap) but if demolition works are expensive, then why MPK demolished the Great Wall anyway and not leave it alone?
The Days Before Election
Days before the General Election in 2008, Lim Soon Peng was seen with Khir Toyo in many functions. But Toyo’s days were numbered because many people can see truth.
Stupid Malaysians Boycott US Brands
These stupid UMNO Malaysians did not use their brains. There are many Malays working as factory workers Coca Cola factory in Malaysia. Also got a lot of people working in Starbucks in Malaysia. They forget Starbucks owning by Berjaya.

Boycott of US brands to begin tomorrow
Secretary-general Datuk Dr Maamor Osman said the products that were targeted included cola soft drinks, gourmet coffee and cosmetics.
The operators of Muslim restaurants would also stop selling cola drinks at their premises, he added.
Dr Maamor said Malaysians should support the boycott, which would show that consumer power was an effective weapon against the US states and its close ally Israel.
“We are also targeting these companies because they have subsidiaries here.
“Consumers have other brands they can buy,” he said.
Association project director Noor Norwandy Mat Noordin said a drop in sales would send a stronger, lasting message about the situation in Pales- tine.
Malaysian Muslim Solidarity Movement president Datuk Zulkifli Mohamad urged members of the Organisation of the Islamic Confe- rence to take a stronger stand against Israel’s actions.
The boycott move came after former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad urged the global community to not buy American-made products and the US currency to pressure the US government to stop supporting Israel’s attacks on Gaza.
